Avtivity Level :
- 1.2 (Sedentary) = No exercise / Desk job
- 1.375 (Light active) = Light exercise/ 1-3 days per week sport
- 1.55 (Moderate active) = Moderate exercise / 3-5 days per week sport
- 1.725 (Very active) = Hard exercise /6-7 days per week sport
- 1.9 (Extreme active) = Hard daily exercise / exercise or training 2x per day
