Penang Botanical Garden aka "Waterfall Garden" is located at "Kebun Bunga" on Jalan Air Tejun, Penang. Malaysia. Don't worry, you won't get lost. There are many signboard which can lead you the way.
Guess what? The place open at 5am - 8pm. I went there around 6:30am, I can see many visitors are jogging, walking, running and others at this time before the sun rise.
Best thing is there no entry or parking fees. This is a public garden, everyone can enjoy to visit the garden. Must NOT miss the view of the scenery.
